B2B ACCOUNT MANAGER

Job Description
The B2B Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our corporate client base, ensuring that our training solutions meet their specific needs. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with our team to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate is a proactive and strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for corporate training and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our corporate client base. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Training Needs Assessment: Work with clients to understand their training needs and objectives. Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored training solutions that align with their business goals.
- Client Feedback and Improvement: Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve our training solutions. Work with the team to implement changes that enhance client satisfaction and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the corporate training or education sector.
- Strong understanding of corporate training solutions and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in cybersecurity training or a related field.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
